Neutral Elevated Body Position

Swimming fast, and easy, begins with the correct body position, with the ideal body position being elevated, streamlined, and rigid to reduce drag through the water. Our HIP WRAP technology provides maximum buoyancy and rigidity through the hips and core, promoting an elevated yet stable body position.

Increased Stroke Efficiency

Swimming efficiency is measured in ?Distance Per Stroke? (DPS) which is the measurement of how far a swimmer travels with each arm pull (stroke) they take in the water. To increase stroke efficiency and DPS, the Gold Wetsuit is engineered with 3.0mm NeoFlex coupled with 2.0mm silicon beading to form the Catch Zone. The Catch
Zone acts like a paddle with each arm stroke while supporting a high elbow
catch and feel for the water.

Enhanced Flexibility

The Gold Wetsuit is engineered using 1.5mm 40 cell Yamamoto neoprene with an inner Durafit1 lining throughout the arms, underarms and shoulders for maximum flexibility while still retaining warmth for the athlete. The high flexibility allows for an easier sustained high stroke rate, even when under fatigue towards the end of a race.
