Shipping policy

SwimShop.co.nz is committed to providing you with prompt, friendly customer service, to ensure we dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible. Stock in our Auckland warehouse will be dispatched immediately. Stock in our South Island warehouse can take 5-10 working days to dispatch. 

Please contact us by email (info@swimshop.co.nz) we can obtain a shipping quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Otherwise shipping rates will be calculated at your check out area.
